We are Anmol & Anmol — yes, both of us share the same name, and yes, it causes exactly as much confusion as you'd expect. When we planned our own wedding, we discovered something unexpected: a deep, shared passion for making every detail feel intentional, emotional, and uniquely ours. That experience planted the seed for what would become Noor & Nazara.

Alongside coordination, Anmol (the husband) brings a lifelong love of film and photography to the table — so our content creation and photography services come from a place of genuine artistry, not just a camera pointed at a crowd. Noor & Nazara provides wedding coordination, photography, and content creation services. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are outlined in a separate written agreement before services commence. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon a signed service agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Payment terms and refund conditions are detailed in each client agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, photography, and design — is the property of Noor & Nazara and protected by intellectual property laws. Photography and content created for clients may be used by Noor & Nazara for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend third-party vendors as part of our coordination services. Noor & Nazara is not responsible for their performance or conduct. Contracts with vendors are solely between the client and vendor.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noor & Nazara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in each service agreement. Generally, cancellations more than 90 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial deposit refund minus expenses incurred. Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including pandemic, natural disaster, or governmental action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Governing Law
