These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Noor & Nazara website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes regarding our services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

2. Services

Noor & Nazara provides wedding coordination, photography, and content creation services. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are outlined in a separate written Statement of Work and Service Agreement ("Agreement") before services commence. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon a fully executed service agreement and receipt of the required non-refundable deposit. The event date will not be held until both conditions are met. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, Check, and Cash. Failure to make payments by the required dates may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All payments made to Noor & Nazara are non-refundable. The deposit required to reserve your event date is non-refundable under all circumstances. If a client cancels for any reason, all payments made up to the date of cancellation are forfeited, as the event date has been reserved and planning time committed. There are no partial refunds.

5. Rescheduling

If a client requests to reschedule, Noor & Nazara will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If we are available for the new date, all prior payments will be applied to the rescheduled event. If we are not available, the rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation and all payments will remain non-refundable. All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of acts of God, natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond either party's control, Noor & Nazara will honor all deposited amounts and apply them toward a future rescheduled event date, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, both parties will negotiate in good faith regarding any resolution.

7. Overtime & Additional Services

If an event extends beyond the agreed service end time, overtime fees will apply at the hourly rate specified in your service agreement and are payable within 7 days of invoicing. Services requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the applicable hourly rate upon prior written agreement.

8. Third-Party Vendors

Noor & Nazara acts solely as a coordinator and facilitator. All vendor contracts are entered into directly between the client and the respective vendor. We are not responsible for the performance, delays, or service quality of any third-party vendor including caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, venues, or transportation providers.

9. Timeline & Schedule

The event timeline must be finalised no later than 5 days prior to the event. Changes requested after this deadline will incur a fee as specified in the service agreement. Noor & Nazara is not responsible for delays caused by clients, guests, vendors, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noor & Nazara's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost or damaged items belonging to clients, guests, or vendors.

11. Photography & Social Media Consent

By engaging our services, clients grant Noor & Nazara permission to use photographs or video footage taken at the event for marketing and promotional purposes, including our website and social media. We will not identify clients by full name without prior written consent. Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing before the event.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, photography, and design — is the property of Noor & Nazara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and if unsuccessful, binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California.

14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms
